She is preceded in death by her mother; Geneva Mae Duncan Summers, and uncles; Raymond Summers, Jerry, Junior, Jimmy, Arite, and Henry Duncan. Aunt Mary Ruth Dunagan. Great niece; Ava Grace Keffer and a nephew; Joseph Arite Spence.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 37 years, Jackson Lee Grimes. Daughter; Teresa (Steven)E. Gyunn. Granddaughters; Ellen and Elizabeth Guynn. Grandson; Colton Guynn; her loving father, William F. Summers, and a sister, Janice M. Spence. A brother; William "pee-wee" Summers. Nieces; Jessica, Jennifer, Julie Spence. Great nieces; Chelsey Layla and Evelynn Keffer. Great nephews; Kenneth and Thomas Davis. She had a good friend and sissy, Susan Lane, and a special friend Kaye Smith.
Visitation will be on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 12:30 in the chapel of Norris Stevens Funeral Home located at 815 Randolph Avenue in Pulaski. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 officiated by Pastor Randy Jarrells with interment at the Memorial Church Cemetery off of Old Baltimore Road in Draper. The family is being served by Norris Stevens Funeral Services in Pulaski.
