From Wilkes Barre Times, 12/31/1906: "Miss Harriet Chamberlain was buried yesterday afternoon from the home in Hilldale with services by Rev. Dr. J.P. Moffett of Scranton and Dr. L.L. Sprague of Wyoming Seminary. Interment was in Hollenback Cemetery. The Italian colony sent a large delegation." Harriet died of typhoid fever. Daughter of Sarah Elizabeth Williams Chamberlain and Moses Jackson Chamberlain of Harford, Pa. She was a graduate of the Page Davis School in Chicago and worked for Lazarus brothers store as an ad writer.
