NORTH JUDSON -- William B. Carpenter, 79, died Friday in his home. Survivors include his wife, Mary L.; son, William (Vickie) Carpenter of Plymouth; daughters, Connie (Dan) Boyer of North Judson and Sharon K. (Kajer) Carpenter of Knox; sisters, Doshia Fugate, Dovie Whitaker, Ida Ritchie, Sue Yosick, Sarah Fensch, Faye Shepherd; half-brothers, Billy, Kennie Jr., Dwight, and Don E. Carpenter; and half-sisters, Jacquline Carpenter and Judy Smith. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
