Willis Lacey was born AUG 1859 in Virginia, per the 1900 US Census, of which at that time he was living in Springfield Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Willis's home was on the Samuel Evans farm, which was in Springfield Township. Willis's home was located on Sproul Road, close to Kennerly Road in Springfield. The Springfield Historical Society has one photo of this home, which I will upload to this account.
Willis was married to Lucy Allen, who was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Willis and Lucy had several children: Sarah, Albert, Anna M., John, Florence, Helen, Elsie, Hester, Payton, and William H.
Willis and Lucy and children must have moved to PA from VA circa 1888, based upon census information.
Per death certificate and obituary, Willis is buried in Eden Cemetery.
