Professional Basketball Player. For three-seasons (1967 to 1971), he played at the small-forward position in the American Basketball Association with the Minnesota Muskies, Kentucky Colonels, and Utah Stars. After attending Hazard High School in Kentucky, he played collegiate basketball at Kentucky Wesleyan College. While with the Panthers, he contributed to a national championship in 1966. Selected by the Cincinnati Royals during the 1967 NBA Draft, he was signed by the Minnesota Muskies of the newly-formed American Basketball Association. He experienced an ABA Championship with Utah in 1971. In 255 career regular season games, he compiled 2,097 points.
