Charles Alvin Travis Jr., 55, of Marseilles, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 at his home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2022 at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles. The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. with Reverend Duane Kaufman officiating. Burial will in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Wyanet, at a later date.

Charles was born February 15, 1967 in Spring Valley, a son of Charles Alvin Sr. and Julia (Anderson) Travis.

He was employed by Agrium US Inc. and The Mill in Henry. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and the outdoors.

Charles is survived by his mother:, Julia; two sons: Justin and Cody; his siblings: James Travis, Richard (Kathy) Travis, Cherri (Brian) Woodin, and Robert Travis; and his paternal grandmother: Geneva Travis.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; aunts and uncles; and one nephew.
