He is survived by grandchildren, Hagen, Hasten and Haven Waggoner and 11 more grandchildren. He is survived by 7 great-grandchildren,.
Willie worked for T.V.A. A deputy for Dekalb County Sheriff Dept. and assistant chief at Alexandria Police Dept. He also did block and concrete masonry.
