Dolores will be lovingly remembered by her six children and their spouses, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She will also be greatly missed by her two sisters, her brother and his wife, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Dolores was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Jack, in 2005 as well as her parents, George and Delphine, and sister Leona.
Our family would like to thank the staff at the Grace Hospital for the wonderful care of our Mother.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Dolores' memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg MB, R3E 0V9 or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg MB, R3C 0S6.
In compliance with Dolores' wishes, no formal service will be held.
God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be so he closed his arms around you and whispered, come to me.
You didn't deserve what you went through and so he gave you rest, God's garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. So when we saw you sleeping so peaceful and free from pain we could not wish you back to suffer that again.
Jack and Dolores... Together forever and forever in our hearts. Rest in peace, we love you.
