David Reed Lindsey, age 64, of Crab Orchard, KY, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
David was born in Paducah, KY, on August 7, 1957, a son of the late Warren and Claudine Williams Lindsey. He was of the Christian faith, and a former member and chairman of the Rockcastle County Grottoes. Of his many hobbies, some he enjoyed the most were playing guitar and singing; riding and working on motorcycles; being outdoors; and spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to celebrate his life are his four children: Davey Lindsey & April of Bowling Green, KY, Nicholas Lindsey of Malibu, CA, Melinda Clouse & Jacob of Middletown, OH, and Sarah Caldwell of Brodhead, KY; 12 grandchildren: Natalie Renner, Christa Renner, Jonah Massey, Katelyn Lindsey, Aaliyah Caldwell, Elijah Massey, Aubrey Clouse, Deegan Caldwell, Noah Lindsey, Luciena Caldwell, Lyla Clouse, and Suzie Clouse; two sisters: Linda Nesler of Mayfield, KY, and Cathy Priddy & Kenneth of Smith's Grove, KY; as well as a host of many friends and neighbors.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: John Glass; and his siblings: Jean and Jane Stevens,
A memorial service for David will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022, at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals, beginning with the visitation at 11am, until the time of the funeral at 2pm.
