Linda Lee Eaker of Chickamauga, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the age of 81. Linda was born January 13, 1941 in Rising Fawn, GA to the late John and Margaret Gray. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Linda had a quick wit and a wonderful sense of humor. She was a hard worker and enjoyed gardening and canning.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by husband, Jerry Eaker; sons, Barry Burton and Rick Burton; sisters, Geraldine Stephens, Margaret Dotson, and Charlotte Gray.

Left to cherish her memory are daughter Sherry (Jack) Cooper; sons, Charles (Jan) Burton, Mike (Mardee) Burton, Jerry (Amanda) Eaker, Jr.; sisters, Betty Abbott and Zelpha (Jackie) Gossett; brother John (Peggy) Gray; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; loving caregiver Gloria Morris; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Rev. Luke Camlic officiating. She will be laid to rest at Hawkins Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home Friday, May 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM ET; Saturday 11:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM.
