Mary's tombstone has not been identified. Her 1933 death certificate states she was buried in the Baker-Hamblin Cemetery. Her husband Robert, her father James Baker, and two of her siblings are buried here as well.

The marriage produced two sons - Wilbur Grafton Hamblin (1870-1922) who became a distinguished physician in Chicago, Illinois and whom she and her husband outlived and son Frank G. Hamblin (1873-1942) who remained a bachelor.
