He was born on March 25, 1956, to the late Evelyn Jackson Kelly and the late Robert Hollis Kelly.
He was married to Mrs. Deborah Evans Kelly, who predeceased him in death.
Left to cherish his memories are his five sons, Gerald Kelly (Lisa), Joseph Kelly, Jason Kelly (Rebekah), Jonathan Kelly, and Joshua Kelly; one daughter Grace Kelly Bradner (Derek); 6 grandchildren; three sisters Jean Armstrong, Barbara Broehm and Doris Yancey.
A funeral will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Pentecostal Holiness Church, with Reverend Gerald Kelly and Reverend Bill Preskitt officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at other times at Mr. Kelly's home.
