Alec Rabineau, 61, of 19 Lexington Ave., wholesale dealer, died last night at Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. A lifelong Albany resident, Mr. Rabineau is survived by his wife, Rose Sack Rabineau; a daughter, Mrs. William (Beatrice) Bates; a son, Harold Rabineau; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Phillips, all of Albany, and Mrs. Ludwig (Fanny) Schensul, New York City, and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Sons of Abraham Cemetery.
