Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 13, 2022. She was born on October 28, 1937 to Claude and Adeline "Lambert" Wooldridge in Panora, Iowa.

Claudine graduated from North High School in 1955 and remained a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area. She worked for the City of Des Moines where she later retired. She was also active throughout her life in the Reunion Committee.
Claudine was known as being a classy dresser. You would never see her out in public without her hair fully done, make-up done, and her full jewelry attire. She was a social butterfly who loved gatherings and planning parties. She also loved shopping, especially for things she "thought" she needed, musicals, taking her grandchildren to the Civic Center, Disney on Ice, and the Shrine Circus. She also loved to cook and bake. She was known for making her delicious applesauce. Most of all, she loved her family.

She is survived by her children Doug (Wendy) Shelledy and Dina (Bill) Gray; step-children Craig and Kent Allison; sister Kristi Poush; grandchildren David (Leilah) Minica, Samantha (John) Seelye, Kyle Gray, Christina Gray, Michelle Gray, Joshua (Tori) Shelledy and Jordan Shelledy; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Gene; daughter Kimberly; son David; granddaughter Katelyn; parents; and step father Al Hoffman.
