William married Dolores on September 22, 1956 and enjoyed 57 years of marriage. After raising two children on Long Island, NY, they retired to Vero Beach and had enjoyed residency here since 1997.
He joined the Navy in 1951 and served as a Seabee during the Korean War. He was a retired Steamfitter.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores.
He is survived by his two children, William Cannon and Maureen Cannon of New York.
William was a member of the Vero Beach Elks Lodge #1774 as well as the American Legion.
