William E. Roberts Jr. passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Jefferson Bucks Hospital at the age of 63, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Trenton, NJ, the son of Arlene (Davis) Roberts and the late William E. Roberts Sr., he has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County.
Bill was employed by the Township of Falls in the Public Works Department for over 40 years, building wonderful friendships with his coworkers. He considered them his second family.
As a young boy, he had many adventures and talents but two most are not aware of include his artistry talent and his joy of guitar. So meticulous with some of his art, a teacher encouraged him to explore the art of blueprint drawings. Loving guitar playing, he acquired quite a collection of guitars to choose from. Often in the summer months, he would strum away around the fire pit with his wife, Tammy, by his side.
His love of Nascar led him to enjoy races at Dover, Richmond and the Poconos. He enjoyed those weekends in his motor home and cherished the times family, which included his nephews and niece, could be part of the fun.
As a loyal 49ers fan married to a loyal Eagles fan, family would gather round with their popcorn to watch the sparring that would occur.
He loved his mom, dad and wife, Tammy, and all his extended family and friends, all who will miss this soft, mild mannered guy. It helps to know his is smiling to be reunited with his loved ones he has missed so dearly.
Beloved husband of the late Tammy ( ), Bill is survived by his mother, Arlene (Davis) Roberts; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Sherwood Taylor; nephews, Chip Taylor (Shannon) and Matthew Taylor; niece, Kelly Howley (Shaun); aunt, Nancy Heffner; and many loving grand nieces and grand nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his wife and father, William E. Roberts Sr.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the Fallsington United Methodist Church, 50 Lacrosse Street, Fallsington, where his funeral service will bhe held at 11:00 am. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bill's honor may be made to the ASPCA, (aspca.org/donate).
