Tony Russell Fowler was born March 16, 1967 in Moore OK to Sandra and Preston Fowler. Tony passed away on July 21, 2019 in Oklahoma City OK.
Tony was an avid OU fan. he loved music and playing the drums. He coached his son's from little league through high school. Tony was an all-star himself, in football and wrestling. He was cocky, charismatic, care and independent. He did not take any crap from anyone. Tony loved spending time with his family as well. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Shellie Chapman, mother of his children, Kelli Fowler, his children Joseph, Tanner and Baylee. Son-in-law, Donald Blankenship and soon to be granddaughter, Scarlett Rose. Siblings, Tommy and Shawn. Brother -in-law, Jason and sister-in-law Denise. As well as nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his sister Terry Fowler and cousin/"bro", Timmy Fowler.
