He was born January 29, 1961 to his parents the late, John Kelly and Rose Anna Bodi Morris.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings, Ronald Morris and Kelly Barger; brothers-in-law, Jerry Stec, and Robert Musick; sister-in-law, Marie Morris.
Mr. Morris was raised as a Jehovah Witness and was a construction worker.
He is survived by his children, Joyce Lattimore of Smithville, Grover Morris, JR (Tiffany Lattimore) of Smithville, Tiffany Miller of Smithville, John "Little J" (Ashley) Morris of Baxter, Toni Lloyd of Smithville, Jessica Lloyd-Ricketts (Ronald Estes) of Smithville, Zackary Musick of Smithville, Alannah Musick-Morris of Smithville; grandchildren, Jammy Bruce, Emily Lattimore, Alora Morris, Damian and Ayden James Morris, Annabelle Miller, Emily Miller, Killian Miller, Kalena Morris, Makayla Turner, Kahlanna Turner, Cloey Ervin, Ezraya Gingerich, Aiden Ricketts, Lynox Ricketts, Spencer Ricketts, Emberly Musick-Morris, Riversyn Musick-Morris; wife, Celina Musick-Morris of Smithville; sisters, Rose (Richard) Roller of Smithville, Mary Stec of Toledo, Ohio; brother John Kelly Morris, Jr. of Smithville. Visitation will be Wednesday March 30, 2022 10:00AM until 1:00PM at DeKalb Funeral Chapel.
