He was married to Charlene Ann Miller on April 16, 1952. David worked as an oil well service operator in Odessa, TX for almost 20 years. He later worked as a steel fabricator for several years before going to work for himself as a painter and carpenter.
He was a member of Christian Chapel in Muskogee.
He was preceded in death by his wife Charlene, his parents, Baby Angel Maggie Rose, a son Jerry Cartwright, son in law Steve Pulse, one sister Helen Harris and two brothers Frank Cartwright and Bill Cartwright.
Funeral Services were Friday March 25, 2022 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
