AAMODT, MATHIAS -- Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Dooley Funeral Home, Cranford, N.J., for Mathias Aamodt, 97, 3217 Center Street, who died Sept. 4. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, N.J. The deceased, a native of Norway, had lived in Bakersfield 3 years. He was self-employed as furniture repairman for antiques 60 years. He was a member of the Lutheran Church, Woodman of the World, and Sons of Norway. Survivors include a son, Roy Aamodt of Bakersfield; a daughter, Edna Beck of Florida; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
