Cindy has been a long-time supporter of World Vision, where she sponsored children and provided needed supplies, such as medicine, fruit trees, mosquito netting, and a sewing machine with lessons to use it. She also volunteered at Phoenix Rescue Mission, and she helped children with autism through Horses Help.
She enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother most of all. She also enjoyed horseback riding, traveling, reading books, playing board games, and watching Hallmark movies.
Cindy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman College in California. She received her Master's in Business Administration from Ottawa University in Arizona. She was employed at CopperPoint Mutual as Manager of Claims Support.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Robert Herndon; her sister, Pauline Dobranich; her children... six grandchildren... as well as numerous good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to World Vision in Cindy's name would be appreciated.
A memorial service will be held at the Shiloh Community Church on Saturday, October 30 at 11:00 AM. To protect those family and friends with compromised immune systems, etc., we are recommending wearing a mask, we ask all attendees to social distance as much as possible. Also wanted to thank all her church family, friends, for all the love they have given us during this time. Thank you, and God bless you.
