Mrs. Biddle was born July 1, 1913, in Dover, daughter of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth Collins Burrows. She grew up on the Burrows family farm outside of Leipsic.
She worked for Richardson and Robins (Underwood Co.) in Dover for many years.
She enjoyed making quilts.
Mrs. Biddle was a member of the Capital Baptist Church in Dover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Biddle ; four sisters, Elizabeth Hurd, May Fithion, Ethel Krupka and Mildred Faulkner; and three brothers, Joseph Burrows, Samuel Burrows and Benjamin Burrows.
She is survived by a son, H. Frederick Worrall of Dover; two daughters, Ethel Thomas of Dover and Anna Worrall of Dover; four sisters, Lulu Cummins of Rock Hall, Md., Catherine Miller of Smyrna, Nellie Seward of Hartly and Hilda Krupka of Hartly; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Remembrance services will be noon Monday in the Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call one hour earlier.
Burial will be in the Sharon Hill Memorial Park, Dover.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Hartland Hospice Service Stockton Building, 261 Chapman Road, Suite 100, Newark, DE 19702.
