Edwin was born to Arron Hall and Catherine Sophia (VanEps) Fuller who orinialy came from Charleston, New York.

He was the father of 3 daugthers, Mary Catherine, Ethel Jane "Minerva", Bertha Alice Fuller.

At the time of his death he was 71 years old, a retired Shoemaker & Merchant of Eldorado, Kansas. Member of the Friends Church and member of the I.O.O.F Lodge No. 74 of El Dorado, Butler Co., KS. He was a residence on 2140 Waco Street, Wichtia, Sedgewick Co., KS. His was survived by his widow, 3 daugthers, brothers Henry Heman & Cornelus A. Fuller and 5 sisters Mrs. Cynthia E. Smith, Carrie A. Myra E., Bease E., and Rose were all still living.
