LOUIS H. SEIP

The death occurred early Monday morning at the family residence Princess street of Louis H. Seip, a well known citizen of the town.

The late Mr. Seip was born in St. Agatha 78 years, 8 months and 12 days ago where he lived for many years being a successful farmer. About 16 years ago he retired and moved to Waterloo where he has since resided.

He was a member of the Lutheran church and held in the highest regard by all who knew him. He had been ailing for some time, internal paralysis being the cause of his demise.

He is survived by seven daughters, eMsdames Haus, J. Koercher, Hy. Cook, Wm. Cook, and Miss Henrietta, all of Waterloo, and Mesdames Hy. Wahl, of St. Agatha and A. Heimpel, of Linwood; one son Jacob, of Waterloo also survives. The funeral services was held at the house on Thursday at 2 o'clock and later in the church. Interment was made in Mount Hope cemetery.
