I am guessing that she died after giving birth to her last child, Marion Collins, in 1876. He is shown as 4 years of age in the Census of 1880 and Polly's husband, Francis Marion, has remarried (in 1878). She would have died in Kentucky in Logan County, I believe. I can find no official record of her death.
While it is unknown where she was buried, speculation could suggest her final disposition was arranged at Monroe cemetery, a cemetery in Logan county that is no longer, or barely existent.
