He is survived by his wife, Cora M. Linger: two sons, Russell B. Linger, of Fort Lauderdale, and Edgar C. Linger Jr.. of 725 West Central Ave., Winter Haven.
Other survivors are Tom C. Linger of Oneco, Fla.; Guy U. Linger, of Winter Haven: Oscar F. Linger, Ella M. Linger. Mrs. Malta Smith and Mrs. Madge Lough, of West Virginia, brothers and sisters: five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
