Frances Hayden Keelin, 70, of 2026 Prince Ave., Owensboro, died Monday, May 8, 1989, at her home. She was born in Daviess County, was retired from General Electric Co., and was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church. Her husband, Wilbur Earl Keelin, died in 1988. Survivors include two daughters, Rose Marie Henning of Fort Wayne, IN, and Mrs. Clarence (Jane) Mays of Owensboro; two grandchildren; a brother, Russell Hayden of Owensboro; and three sisters, Gerry Craig of Richmond, VA, Mary Lois Limbach of Boca Raton, FL, and Katie Mae Parry of Mount Clemens, MI. Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
