CRAIG, Geraldine "Gerry" H. of North Chesterfield, passed away June 14, 2016. Born October 2, 1925 in Owensboro, Ky., one of thirteen children, she is survived by her husband of 71 years, James R. Craig Sr.; children, Judith Ann Roseborough(Morgan), James R. Craig Jr.(Suzanne), Michael Lynn Craig(Patsy), Marie Craig Meadows and Penny Craig Pickel(John); five grandchildren, Cynthia, Christopher, Amanda, Elena and James; and seven great grandchildren. Mrs. Craig was a member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion. She used her many talents to provide handmade goods, like hats and blankets, for charities such as hospitals, Catholic Charities, military personnel serving overseas and animal rescue charities. She was devoted to her husband and family. She surrounded herself with joy and laughter and was loved by all who knew her. Her family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30am Monday at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 2700 Dolfield Dr. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Edward's Church.
