son of the late Lawrence and Helen (Murphy) Walters. Jack was a lifelong resident of Seneca Falls. He attended Mynderse Academy and worked for many years, until his retirement, for the village of Seneca Falls as a Motor Equipment Operator. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church and the Sons of the American Legion, both in Seneca Falls. In his younger years, John enjoyed spending time teaching his sons to fish as well as taking his family camping. He was very much a "Jack of all trades" kind of a guy who excelled at many things. Jack's 3 favorite things; not in a particular order were, playing video poker, tuning in most days at 11 AM to watch the Price Is Right, and spending time with his grandkids.

Survived by his wife of 43 years, Donna; sons, Gary "Bummer" (Cathi) Felice, John (fiancé Jessica Dyson) Walters; step-children, Joseph (Debbie) Felice, Sandy (Donald) Covert, Rose (Frank) Burnell, Anna Marie Eckert; four grandchildren, Cassandra (Nick Pollard) Felice, Meghan (Shane) Felice - Fiene, Shyanne and John Walters III; great-grandchildren, Mariah, Felix and Pollard; sisters, Joan (Calvin) Brown and Dawn Murphy; as well as extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, John is predeceased by his first wife, Janice; brother, Lawrence; sister, Patricia Parish; and step-son, Gary Felice Sr.
