the daughter of the late John and Helen (Kreglstine) Laude
She was a graduate of Mynderse Academy, as well as a lifetime member of the Kirk Casey American Legion Post 366 in Seneca Falls. Over the years, she worked for Seneca Knitting Mill, Guaranteed Parts, and was a nursing assistant at the former Taylor Brown Hospital, A & E Medical, ARC, and also volunteered for over 25 years with North Seneca Ambulance in Waterloo. She was an avid crocheter who found great pride in crocheting things for others. Roberta also enjoyed being a foster parent in her early married life.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Kenneth C. Jones Jr, and her son, Lonnie (Barbara) Kiesinger; four daughters, Krista Jones, JoLynn Cornwell, Rhonda (David Sanderson) Jones, Loni Horn; three granddaughters, Shannon, Ellisha, and Michelle; grandson, Joshua; three great-grandchildren, Addison, Zaiden, and Skyla; three sisters, Joan Arnt, Dorothy Anderson, and Sandra Scully; uncle, Richard Laude and aunt, Katie Laude, as well as many extended family and friends. She was predeceased by a grandson, Bryant Jones, and sister-in-law, Jean Poorman.
