Pam Lanise Alston was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She left this world peacefully on February 16, 2022.

Born in Coatesville, PA, Pam was the youngest daughter of the late Rudisill Alston, Sr. and Corrine A. Spencer.

After graduating from Coatesville Area Senior High School, Pam practiced cosmetology at Gordon Phillips Beauty Academy in Downingtown, PA.

Pam loved spending time with all three of her children. She enjoyed having fun, shopping, playing bingo, and having a good time. Most of all she enjoyed listening to music and singing which was her passion. Pam also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Her memories will forever be cherished by her children, Desmare A. Shelton, Corlayzha N. Alston, Zyasia N. Alston all of Coatesville, PA; grandchildren, Tyrell K. Jacobs, Jr. and Aria L. Wilson; sisters, Ellyana A. Tippins of Phoenixville, PA, Charmaine A. Thompson of Coatesville, PA and Darlene Hines of Downingtown, PA; brothers, Rudisill "Rudy" Alston, Jr. and Sultan McGibboney both of Coatesville, PA; special nephew, Chrishawn Hamilton; uncles, Amos Alston (June), James Alston (Bernadette); aunts: Helen Cody (James), Idamae Calloway (Rev. William), Irene Robertson (Jerry), Diana Alston and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service for Pam will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday afternoon, February 27, 2022, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc, 725 Merchant St, Coatesville, PA, 19320. A viewing will begin at 2:00 PM. Interment will be held on Monday morning, February 28, 2022, in New Evergreen Cemetery in Hayti, Coatesville.

The family requests monetary donations to be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses. They can be made by using the donation tab on this memorial page.
