Passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Monday, February 21, 2022, at Stratford General Hospital. Brenda was born in Kitchener on May 7, 1966, and was a resident of Perth County. Brenda Koehler at the age of 55.
Beloved wife of Fred Koehler, whom she happily married on June 17, 1988, and spent a wonderful 33 years together. Brenda will be missed by her father Stan Gingrich (Heather MacDonald) and mother Vietta (Frey) Gingrich. Cherished sister of Dennis (Angela) Gingrich and Steve Gingrich, sister-in-law of Annette (Cliff) Riopelle. Devoted aunt of Anna Gingrich, Rebecca Gingrich, Rachel Gingrich, Katherine Koehler-Grassau, Nicholas Koehler-Grassau, Jack Riopelle and William Riopelle. Predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law Fred & Vera Koehler, and by her maternal and paternal Grandparents. Brenda will be missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and by her many friends.
Brenda was a devoted wife and enjoyed reading, mastering crosswords and gardening. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 5 – 7 p.m., and on Sunday, February 27, 2022, from 1 – 4 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg.
