Barbara J. Gibson, 75, of Hennepin, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022, at her residence.
There will be no service at this time. Cremation rites have been accorded. Dysart-Cofoid Funeral Chapel, of Granville, will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
Barbara was born on October 28, 1946, in Chicago, to Fred and Martha (Jordan) Boekeloo.
After graduating from high school and attending college, Barbara was a clerk for a hospitality company.
Survivors include one daughter, Michelle (Jammi) Vannatta; one brother, Jerry Boekeloo; one sister, Darlene Abbott; two grandchildren, Anthony Hughes Jr. and Jameson Vannatta; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Anthony Aurelio, in 2014 [in Colorado]; and grandson, John Vannatta.
