Deborah Hill-Schrepel
Chester - Deborah Hill-Schrepel passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at The Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh. She was 49.

The daughter of Harry J. Hill Jr. and Marlene Van Wart, she was born on March 12, 1958 in Yonkers.

She was a teacher for the Warwick Valley Central School District in Warwick; a C.C.D. teacher and member of Sacred Heart Church in Monroe; a former art teacher and computer teacher for Sacred Heart School in Suffern; and was a graduate of Marymount University in Arlington, Va. and St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, N.Y.

Survivors include her husband, John W. Schrepel of Chester; son, John William Schrepel, at home; daughter, Heather Margaret Schrepel, at home; father, Harry J. Hill Jr. and his wife, Elsia of Newburgh; mother, Marlene Van Wart of Suffern; brothers, Harry J. Hill III and his wife, Deborah of Monroe and G. Barrett Hill and his wife, Heather of West Milford, N.J.; sisters, Diana M. Iannaccone and her husband, Raymond of Allendale, N.J. and Bonnie A. Patrikis and her husband, Dino of Monroe.

Visitation will be today, Sunday, December 9, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe, N.Y.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 10, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Rd., Monroe, with the Rev. Jeffrey Maurer officiating. Interment will follow in Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah, N.J.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Brain Tumor Foundation, 22 Battery St., Suite 612, San Francisco, CA 94111-5520.
