Bruce was a graduate of Keytesville High School. He worked in construction and the logging industry. He was a member of the Keytesville Baptist Church.
Bruce is survived by his father Billy E. Johnson of Keytesville, a son Jeremiah "Jake" Johnson of Slater, brother Brian Johnson of Keytesville, MO, sister Beth Bell of Willis, TX, grandchildren Elizebeth Johnson of Slater, currenly stationed in Gulf Shores Alabama, Evan Johnson of Cairo, Kyndle Johnson of Slater, MO, Mykah Parker of Slater, MO, Jenna Hill of Slater, MO, Ella Hill of Keytesville, MO, Autumn Gier of Salter, MO, November Gier of Slater, MO, great-grandchild Laken Parker, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Elizabeth, and brother Benji Johnson.
Cremation services entrusted to Summerville Funeral Home. Inurnment in Bennett Cemetery at a later date.
