Jacqueline Greene Johnson "Jackie", age 63 of Franklin passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 10, 2022, surrounded by her loving family at her residence.
She was born in Ashland, KY on January 30, 1959, the daughter of the late Jack L. and Lucille (Clevenger) Greene. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Wilbur Greene.
Jackie is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Timothy Johnson; her daughter, Allie and husband, Sammy Steele; her four siblings, Susan (Randy) Daniels, David (Cleta) Greene, Beth (Donnie) Selby, Sabina (Scott) Pence; two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Tina Greene, Becky and Mike Gabbard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was a graduate of Carlisle High School, Class of 1977 and received a Degree in Business Management from Miami University. Jackie was a member of New Vine Community Church in Franklin and a former board member of Strands of Compassion. She retired from Lexis/Nexis after 35 dedicated years of service. Jackie was an avid quilter, reader, enjoyed hiking and had a love for pigs. She had a loving heart, a contagious laugh and would light up the room with her beautiful smile. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the New Vine Community Church, 4900 St. Route 123, Franklin, OH with Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger officiating. Interment will follow in Springboro Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the church from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either Strands of Compassion, Hospice of Warren and Butler Counties or New Vine Community Church.
