Funeral services for Isidra Lopez de Olvera, 68, of East Bernard, Texas will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church 839 Church St. in East Bernard, Texas. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, February 14, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hernandez Funeral Home, 800 Fourth Street in Rosenberg. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Ms. Olvera was born January 25, 1954 in El Salvador and she passed away February 8, 2022 in Sugar Land, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vicente and Valentina (Monge) Lopez; her husband, Enrique Olvera; her son, Vicente A. Olvera.

She is survived by her daughter, Myrna Olvera and husband, Juan Cavazos; her daughter-in-law, Vilma Cruz; her brothers, Jose Luis Lopez and wife, Blanca, Efrain Lopez and wife, Maria, Timoteo Lopez and wife, Guadalupe, Vicente Lopez and wife, Maribel, Danilo Lopez; her sisters, Jesus Lopez de Mejia and husband, Manuel de Jesus, Maria S. Garcia and husband, Guillermo, Maria Ines Lopez, Ana Elizabeth Lopez; her grandchildren, Antonio Olvera, Kaylie Olvera, Marjorie Mena Cruz, Nathaniel Cavazos; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of other loving family members and friends.

"We are limited to (65) number of guests at time of service, we do request that everyone in attendance continue to practice social distances and masks are required at all times. Children are required to be seated with parents at all times."
