Memorial service 2 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2017, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta, KS.
Carol was born in Columbus, KS on April 23, 1944, to the late Helen King and Raymond Richey. Carol worked in aircraft manufacturing and retired from Raytheon in 2012. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was an avid sports fan and loved the Chicago Bulls. She loved road trips with her grandchildren and friends.
She is survived by: daughter, __ and husband, __ of Calgary, Alberta; grandchildren, __, __, and __, __, and __; great-grandchild, __.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherri Simpson; companion, Richard Lauber; brother, Keith Richey. Memorial donations to the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
