Roy Lynn "Dyke" Stegall, 67, of Dry Prong, Louisiana, passed away April 27, 2017. He was born May 29, 1949, in Flat River, Missouri, to the late Roy and Belva (Black) Stegall.
He was proceeded in death by brothers Mike Stegall, Delbert Boyer, and Dennis Boyer.
He is survived by wife, Delores (Newton) Stegall; daughter from first marriage, Gabby (Stegall) Hahn; granddaughter, Libby Hahn; 3 stepsons; 7 grandchildren from second marriage; brothers, Wayne, Layne and Dudley Stegall; sisters, Linda Howell, Judi Sumpter, Patty Oder, Bonnie Herald and Wanda Cole; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Dyke was a Vietnam veteran serving in the 11th Calvary Regiment, Armored Division.
A memorial service was held Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the East Bonne Terre First Baptist Church with nephew Neil Stegall officiating.
