Patricia A. "Pat" Tooley-Rogers, 64, of Macon, MO, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the Samaritan Hospital in Macon.

Patricia was born on August 9, 1957, in Salisbury, MO, the daughter of Georgia Lucille Tooley. She graduated from Salisbury R-IV with the Class of 1976. She was united in marriage to Steven T. Rogers, her soulmate, on December 1, 2018.

Living here in Macon she enjoyed the small community feel, spending countless hours doing the things she loved, baking the next cake or pie, chatting with friends, finding the next Facebook article to share, and relaxing in the comforts of her home. Her career had been dedicated to the service industry exhibiting her continued passion for hard-work for the local businesses that included: Toastmasters, Travelier's Motel, Office at Spherion, StuCoRe, H & R Block and Loch Haven Nursing Home.

In 2020, life threw a curveball where Patricia became an above-the-knee amputee. The challenged faced was no easy feat. With many hospital and office visits thereafter, Patricia was blessed with a prosthetic built by Geoff Dunlap from Hanger in Kirksville. In good spirits, the prosthetic sported a fine purple, zebra print that went by the name of "Miss Ann". She had great excitement making it a whole lap there at the "Y" in her last days with "Miss Ann" there all along the way. While this was no dancing shoe, as she loved to dance to the love of country music, it was the next best. Patricia was a founding member of the Long Branch Area AARP local chapter #5450, having served as chapter secretary.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Steven T. Rogers of Macon, one daughter, Cassondra Bradley of Columbia, MO, two step-daughters, Carey Comfort and her husband John of Grain Valley, MO, and Melissa Hines and her husband Jeffrey of Kansas City, MO, two step-grandchildren, Lauren and Alexis Hines, cousins, David Tooley of Kansas City, MO, Nita Tisdale and Annie Tisdale, both of Lender, TX, and many other close family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Lucille Tooley, an infant son, Dominic Bradley, grandparents, George and Bessie Tooley, aunt Mary Tooley, and James L. Hockaday.

Funeral services will be 1 pm, Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, with Bro. Josh Stucki officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Tuesday evening, at the funeral home. A 2nd visitation will begin at noon until the time of service on Wednesday.
