Kathy M. (Harding) Thomas, 66, of Kearny, PA; passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side. She was born on September 28, 1955 in Roaring Spring, PA; daughter of the late Earl J. and Mary E. (Taylor) Harding. On November 8, 1985 in Saxton, PA she was united in marriage to Gary W. Thomas.
Along with her husband Gary who cared for her through her entire illness with complete compassion and a love that could move mountains, she is survived by children Earl "Bud" Thomas married to Mary, Saxton, PA and Jessica M. Thomas and Fiance Michael Smith, Everett, PA. eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three brothers and six sisters. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Bobbi Jo Thomas who passed away on March 24, 2011. She worked her entire life caring for others as a nurse aide. Kathy was a Christian who touched the lives of so many. She had a heart of gold and enjoyed cleaning, dancing, camping, and taking care of others. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Everyone who met and knew her was blessed with her kindness, compassion and understanding of life. She will be missed greatly by so many who loved her.
A Celebration of life service will be held for Kathy at a later date to be announced.
