Joyce Carolyn Coffey of the Little Barren Community, daughter of the late Sylvester Jeffries and Elsie Bell Wilson Jeffries, was born on Friday, November 5, 1948 in Green County and departed this life on Friday, January 28, 2022 at the TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow. Survived by her husband of 49 years, having united in marriage February 12, 1972. Other survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: a granddaughter: two sisters and brother-in-law: Mrs. Coffey was also preceded in death by three sisters: Barbara Wright, Linda Henderson, and Pam Moore. The funeral services for Joyce Carolyn Coffey will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Little Barren Cemetery.
Visitation is requested from 3:30 until 8 P.M., Central time, Monday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Tuesday until time of the funeral service.
