Mrs. Abe Otterbein

PRESTON, Mrs. Abe Otterbein 65, of 362 Kitchener Road, Preston, died today at South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Galt, where she was confined for one day. Mrs. Otterbein was the former Florence Voegtle. She was born at New Hamburg and had resided in Preston for 44 years. Prior to that she had lived in Kitchener. She was a member of the United Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Harry of Acton and Wilfred of Preston; two daughters, Mrs. Gordon (Dorothy) Zimmerman of Galt and Mrs. Ella Dawson of Preston; one brother, Melvin of Kitchener; two sisters, Mrs. Violet Scriver of Kitchener and Mrs. Clayton (Nettie) Dahmer of Orillia and 11 grandchildren. One brother and one sister predeceased her. The body will be at the Stager-Barthel Funeral Home, where the funeral will be conducted, Monday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Preston Park Lawn Cemetery. Rev A. I. Waters of St. Paul's United Church, will officiate.
