Donna was born November 5, 1942, at Cisne, Illinois to Pearl and Lillie Ester (Brown) Leathers. She married Gordon Dee Thompson, April 9, 1961, at Providence General Baptist Church and he survives.
Donna was a housewife and Claims Adjustor for insurance companies in Plainfield, Illinois. She liked to travel and take care of family. Donna attended Orchardville Community Church.
Donna is survived by her husband, two daughters, one son, three sisters six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were a son Fred, two sisters Bonita and Loreta, four brothers Robert, Bill, Jerry, and Jack, and her parents.
Burial will be in Round Prairie Cemetery, near Johnsonville, Illinois.
