Survived by son Jim (Leanne) and their children Brittany and Josh (Lauren); Chad (Helen) and children Tawyna, Jake, and Sam. Mary will be fondly remembered by her great-grandchildren Emmersen and Wyatt. Mary is survived by siblings; Bill Weicker (Miriam), Barbara Westrop, Alberta Pfaff (Tom), Carol Weicker, and by her brothers and sisters-in-law; May Cober (Russ), Mary Martin (Ken), Martha Arndt and Josephine Snider.
Mary is predeceased by her parents, husband Bruce (2008), father-in-law and mother-in-law Earl and Velma Snider, sister Elizabeth Minnie, brothers-in-law Gerry Minnie, Jim Westrop, Karl Snider, and Jim Arndt.
Mary spent much of her time volunteering in her younger years, giving up much of her time within the schools helping children. Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed her time spent with members of her family.
Relatives and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg.
As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations would be accepted to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society.
