Linda Harris Howell went to her heavenly home on January 12, 2022, at the age of 81.
She was born on September 5, 1940, to the late Darrettie Hailey Harris and the late Edgar Harris in Danville, Virginia.
She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Wayne Howell, Sr.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Rhonda Touchstone, son-in-law Desmon Touchstone, and her sister Peggy Smiley.
Left to cherish her memories are her son Kenneth Wayne Howell, Jr. (Auguste) of Dry Fork, Virginia; her daughter Cheryl Von Eime (Lee) of Chatham, Virginia; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Stokesland Church with Pastor Lee Von Eime officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Danville Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
