Samantha Anne Butler, 36, of Santaquin, UT, passed away Nov. 23, 2007. Sam was born May 29, 1971 in Bountiful, UT. Sam was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jack and Anita (Pappas) Pitts, Bountiful, UT.
Survivors include her beloved daughter, Katrina Anita Santos, mother Susan (Pitts) Boss, Parkville, MO; father, Craig Boss (Santaquin, UT); brothers John Butler (Rachelle), Christopher Boss (Jody), nephews Dakota Boss, Payton and Chase Butler, Santaquin, UT; and aunt Christine (Pitts) Warnes (Mike) Parkville, MO.
Sam was blessed to be part of a large and loving family including all her grandmother Lucille Bryan and her aunts, nephews and nieces. Sam was a loving, outgoing person devoting her life to her precious daughter, Katrina who brought Sam so much love, laughter and pride. She was a loving daughter, sister, niece and friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday November 28, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi, UT, phone 435-623-0153. In lieu of flowers family requests contributions to Katrina Anita Santos, care of Craig Boss at American First Credit Union, Spanish Fork, UT.
