His position was second base with the Philadelphia Phillies that he made his debut with on September 26, 1976 and made his final MLB appearance with them on October 2, 1977 before being traded to the Mets on March 24, 1978. On the defensive side, he handled 44 total chances (23 putouts, 21 assists) at second base without an error for a 1.000 fielding percentage.
