Carolyn has been a life-long resident of Lower Bucks County and a graduate of Pennsbury High School.
Carolyn had a great love of life and enjoyed spending weekends with her "beach family", listening to any music by Pink, and spending the holidays with her family in West Virginia. Carolyn was a member of the Penndel Bowling League with her "Bowling Bitches." She was also an incredible cook, who according to her husband, could make a road tire taste good.
She was an amazing mom to her boys, Cody and Justin, her beloved dog, Maggie Mae, and dedicated wife to David. Carolyn was always the first person to reach out to anyone who needed something. She touched the lives of everyone she met.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and Clint Hammond, and Susie and Clarence Snuffer as well as her parents Bernadette Potter and Denver Snuffer.
Carolyn will be sadly missed by her sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Joe Klodarska; half sister, Lena York and her husband, Randall; mother-in-law, Bernice Montgomery; sister-in-law, Barb Geotz; half sister-in-law, Kristen Parker; nieces and nephews, Madelyn and Parker Klodarska and Kevin and Kelsey Geotz; best friends, Beth Cain and Jeanette Russo; and her "daughter she never had", Maddie Piuma.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carolyn's name may be made to the Susan G. Komen, 13770 Noel Road, Suite 801889, Dallas, TX 75380 or Komen.org to honor her mother Bernadette Potter.
