Casimiera Trujillo was the daughter of Julian Trujillo and Maria Juanita Velasquez of New Mexico.

New Mexico Birth and Christening records show that she was born, June 30, 1882, Christened: July 3, 1882. Casimiera was born in Cebolla Valley which is 3 miles south of the village of Mora, Mora County, New Mexico. Cebolla is applied to valleys and areas with streams.

She married Pedro Miera. He was the son of Juan Ygnacio Miera and Nicolasa Garcia of Monton de Alamos, San Miguel, New Mexico.

Pedro's first marriage to Sara Madalena Pineda on February 6, 1887, is associated to the births of Daniel Miera (1890-1918), Guadalupe "Lupita" Miera (1891-1976).

Casimiera married Pedro in about 1897 according to the Census of 1910. She raised both Daniel and Guadalupe after the death of their mother.

Children: Mary Miera (1898-1985), Rafelita Miera (1908-2007), Rafael "Ralph" Miera (1909-2005), Antonio "Tony" Miera (1912-2010), Francisco "Frank" Miera (1918-1931), Amailia Lugarda "Mollie" Miera (1920-2018), Beatrice L. Miera (1922-2013), and Monica Agnes Miera (1904-2015).
